LOW- COST CUTTING

Material can be saved with a cutting groove of a minute nozzle from 0.1mm through 0.33mm dia. Many kinds but small quantity work can be coped with. The term of delivery can be shortened, and this water cutter can correspond to CAD without any dies.

HIGH SPEED AND HIGH ACCURACY

Super high speed cutting of 48 meters per minute at maximum is available, and complex materials such as synthetic leather, rubber, FRP, Kevler®, etc. can be continuously cut.

DATA CONTROL AND SAFETY

Cutting data can be stored in a form of floppy or paper tape, and safety design permits emergency stop.

FREE FROM THERMAL INFLUENCE

No heat generation is allowed. This water cutter can sharply cut, to any optional shape, such workpieces as plastic leather or new materials which may be easily influenced by heat.

DIVISIONAL CUTTING IS ALSO AVAILABLE BY MEANS OF PITCH FEED

This water cutter can cope with a long-sized spread materials by means of a rolling wrinkle mechanism, and spreading and pick-up can be conducted at the same time.

THE IMPROVEMENT OF WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The cutting wastes can be sucked in with vacuum together with the cutting water, and a clean working environment can be realized.
